Interests
People intrigue me! How they work together, especially so. My passion for invention and innovation consumes me and always leads me toward serving people. Identifying those things that motivate sleeping giants to awaken to their amazing potential and then supporting them in their discovery and realization of their goals is what wakes me up in the morning and keeps me from sleeping at night. I am a writer primarily, but also a philosopher about effectively moving American culture and subcultures toward positive individual and collective achievement. Storytelling and media seem to be the best tools available today for serving people, so I became a writer, artist, public speaker, and consultant.

My Story
Why I Am Part of ViSalus
Life. Health. Prosperity. I cannot think of a better cause. I am good friends with the founders and admire them for their wisdom, intelligence, business integrity, professionalism, and determination. They are some of the hardest-working men I have ever met! Zig Ziglar is famous for saying, "You can get anything you want in life so long as you are willing to help enough other people get what they want." This sums up how Ryan, Nick, and Blake view the ViSalus opportunity. They have one unified mission -- to help others get what they want. Given their business model and the fact that after just a few short years they have each made millions of dollars proves to me that they have helped a whole lot of people get what they want. I am a part of ViSalus for the very same reason.
My Story
Grew up the firstborn son of amazing parents in the automotive town of Lansing, Michigan. It seemed that the lives of everyone I knew and loved -- parents, uncles, aunts, cousins, grandparents, friends, and everybody else -- centered around, or depended upon the automotive industry. Somehow, from the time I was a small child I knew that working in the factories was not my destiny. My mother laughingly tells how when I was as young as four years old, and asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I would reply, "I want to be a retired millionaire!" I promise that I didn't know anyone who was a millionaire or even what it meant, but some divine appointment with entrepreneurialism called to me from deep within from my earliest days. Now, I help young direct selling companies -- those companies who serve home-based entrepreneurs -- establish a culture, messaging, and methods that best support fast growth. I made my first million dollars doing it many moons ago and have helped my clients produce over $3 billion in revenue, but I still feel that I have so very much to learn! I am now consumed with helping others become retired millionaires in ViSalus. "As a man thinketh in his heart so is he..." How ironic is that?

Please share the music video angie created for Community Awareness of a much needed service in America at http://www.youtube.com/angelaanne6 A 16 year old young woman, published author, and proud young woman of her grandfather who was a Vet in this country and shows how she Cares! She wrote lyrics, performs her music with her guitar and attaches it to a DVD she created to show how she CARES for her Community by her Community Awareness video! There is a direct link to the company she created for that provides FREE resources for a much needed service in the United States! The last picture in the DVD is of her and her brother who helped to create the video editing with her when they were 5 and 6 sitting on grandpa’s lap! We will be featured on CNN and CNBC this fall for the company she produced it for. In the meantime the more we can get people to copy and tweet the message or email the link above the greater her exposure to families who may need this or definitely know someone who does need the Free Service to assure that NO other family has to experience the difficult time our family went through. Thank you for reading this and any exposure you could help her with would be greatly appreciated. Hi David! I just want to thank you for coming to Toledo (Perrysburg Holiday Inn French Quarters) last night. You are an incredible motivator. I have just signed with ViSalus and actually got my samples about 20 minutes before your presentation. I look forward to growing my team and bringing them to hear you speak. Thanks again David!
